Pre-registration

Pre-registration is required to visit the 2023 TRON Symposium.

  1. Enter your name, affiliation, job title, and email address in "Initial Registration."
  2. Your "Pre-registration card" will be displayed. A "visitor ID" will be sent to your registered email address.
  3. Please print the pre-registration result page or save the page to your mobile phone, and present it at our TRONSHOW.
    † Please present the ucode QR (QR code) displayed on the pre-registration result page at the reception desk at the entrance.

Seat Reservation for Speeches/Sessions

Seat reservation is required for each session. Please follow the following steps to reserve a seat.

  1. Enter your name, affiliation, job title, and email address in "Initial Registration" to obtain a visitor ID.
  2. Log in from "Login: for visitor with visitor ID." If you do not have your visitor ID yet, enter your name, affiliation, job title, and email address in "Initial Registration."
  3. Reserve seats from the "Speech/Session" page.

If you forgot your visitor ID, enter your email address, and press the "Remind visitor ID" button. Your visitor ID will be sent to your registered email address.

Please enter your name, affiliation (company, school, etc.), job title, and email address below, and click the "Register" button.
A visitor ID for seat reservations and other information will be sent to you by email.
Fields marked with an asterisk(*) are required.
Email is sent from info@tronshow.org. If you register your mobile phone address, make sure that email from info@tronshow.org is not blocked.
