4. Request to Stop the Usage of Personal Information

   The Secretariat provides Personal Information when it is forced to do so based on laws and ordinances to provide such information to public institutions including but not limited to the courts of law, governmental agencies, regulatory authorities and other government institutions for the public interest and other reasons.

   Without prior approval or justifiable reason, the Secretariat does not disclose personal information to a third party. The Secretariat shall only disclose or provide the Personal Information to a third party in the specific cases described in "3.
