With wide adoption of the Internet, economy is Logistics changing from “ownership” to “usage” turning dramatically to the age of “XaaS.” System development has become much easier because of the wide adoption of open source, the popularization of cloud, etc. There are leaps in the technical fields such as AI + the IoT, so expectation for agile system development in the enterprises has become more realistic. However, the custom of Japanese companies with low fluidity of human resources has become a major obstacle to adopt such new trend. As one of the solutions, there are high expectations for recurrent education. With the background of such a demand for recurrent education, the concept of the recurrent education provided at INIAD, how to provide such education for real and future vision of university education are presented in this session.
