“Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games” to be held in 2020 is a festivity of the whole country, and is expected as a great opportunity to enhance the services and infrastructure for ICT in Japan and to publicize its advanced status to the world. The Japanese government has been conducting study toward 2020 anticipating the sustainable economic growth after the Games. In this session, industry, government and academia discuss jointly how the promotion of introduction of ICT in the society as a whole should be conducted in view of 2020.
